The Peloton Bike
We’ve had our bike for three years now, and we love it! This bike will be a life-changing addition to your workout routine. Since I’m a group fitness gal, it will never replace the “community” of group fitness classes, but boy, has it been a life-saver as our gyms are not open due to COVID-19. It’s perfect for anyone who has trouble fitting “getting to the gym” into their schedule, as you can work out any time that works for you. Peloton has a great variety of instructors, and they’re all experts in getting you to engage in their community, compete with and encourage the other riders. All of these things are to help you adhere to your exercise program, and they work! I love that you can even choose classes based on the playlists since, for me, it’s all about the music. Even if you’re not a “cyclist,” it’s a great way to increase your cardio, and you’ll get access to all of their other workouts; Strength, Yoga, Cardio, Meditation, Running, Outdoor, Walking, Stretching, and their Bootcamp classes.
