Hi, I'm Jennie,
a certified health & wellness coach, fitness instructor, personal trainer, certified pickleball coach, and all-around health junkie.

For 35 years. I’ve worked as a certified fitness instructor, integrative health coach, and even owned my own fitness apparel company. I’ve seen many fads come and go – but expensive supplements, restrictive diets, and long hours at the gym are unrealistic and hard to sustain. The get-fit-quick methods lack what real women need to look good and most importantly, feel good, so they enjoy the people and things they love.

As a mom, I had to find a better way.

I started Well Body + Soul to inspire women to live their best life. By focusing on the small things we do every day,  we can improve our health and overcome the obstacles that prevent us from investing in ourselves – like being a mom or caring for other loved ones.
